The eleventh annual meeting of the Addington Hockey Club will be held in the StJohu Ambulance Rooms to-mor-row at S p.nt. The meeting of the Canterbury Society of Arts, which was convened for to-morrow, lias been postponed. As a tribute to the groat success of the performance of l-iaydn’s “ Creation •’ bv the combined Methodist ohoirs, Mr Ernest Firth has consented to conduct a repetition of the oratorio in Durham Street Church, on Thursday niclit. The oratorio will be given in its entirety, and the proceeds will bo devoted to" the church funds.
