November -1, A message from Bi-mbny says that it is reported that IJ.M. 1 .:- Prosperinc has landed n further detachment of blue jackets at Liagah, in the Persian Gulf. It is stated that the commander and several men were wounded in a colli sion with tribesmen(Received November (5, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. November 5. It is officially stated that the cruiser Prosperinc landed sixty men in the Persian Gulf. Commander Marshal! and Captain White were slightly wounded. This affair is not connected with tho Ligah landing near Chatbar. where there has been gun-running by Afghans. Tho Prosperinc subsequently landed a larger force.
