O’B.—Public halls or places of amusement in boroughs or cities have to be licensed under the Municipal Corporations Act and according to any special provisions in the municipal by-laws; ir situated in a county, the requirements of the local authority would have to be fulfilled, and if the Rail was conducted by a company the requirements of the Companies Act regarding registration would require attention, if the hall was managed privately no registration would Go required. “ Onlooker.”- —-A on should report the occurrence to the Traffic Manager. It would be unfair to publish anonymous statements which might cast suspicion on other members of the service.
