The Reichstag adopted Herr Lcdobour's resolution in favour of making the Imperial Chancellor responsible to tho Reichstag, such responsibility to extend to all the Kaiser's political acts and omissions, and declaring that tho Chancellor's responsibility should be regulated by the State tribunal. Tho majority, which was small, included the entire Left, the Poles and a portion of the Centre.
