At the meeting of the South Island Coursing Club, Mr J. Taylor’s Millbanlc beat Mr I.‘’ R. Wise’s Jovial and won the Maiden Slake. In the Supplementary Stake, Mr J. Marsh's Tracker beat Mr Prosser's St Lcger and won. TIMARU. April 30. Tho South Canterbury Coursing Club was to have he-'.d a. meeting next week. Some mischievous person or person? let out or stole all the. hares, seventy, from Plumpten. Tho meeting consequently has been postponed indefinitely. _____
