PROPOSED IMPERIAL CONFERENCE. United Presß Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. London, April 28. The Cabinet is considering a proposal to hold an Imperial Naval Conference in 1910. The conference is a corollary to Mr Asquith’s recent suggestion. ;• In the House of Commons, replying to questions, Mr M’lvenna, 'on behalf of Mr Asquith, stated that for all practical purposes the United States Navy did not enter into the Government’s calculations regarding a two-Power standard.
