Queensland won the second game i" the liowling against New South Wales by 95 to 89. (Received. May 13, 12.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 12. New South Wales defeated Queensland in the third bowling test bv 100 to 89.
A number of trophies were recently played for by the members of the Southbridge Bowling Club, the games being all well contested. The following were tho winners:—Pair of championship bowls presented by Lieutenant-Colonel R. H. Rhodes. M.P.—W. Poole; pair of silver-mounted bowls, presented by Lieutenant-Colonel R. H. Rhodes, M.P.-—M. Curran; first club pair of bowls—James Lambic ; second club pair of bowls—M. Riordan : lamb and shoes—E. J. Cowan; sucking pig—M. Curran : roosters, E. G. Hubbard.
