ST ANDREW’S JUBILEE BAZAAR.
A three-days’ fair was opened yesterday afternoon in connection with St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. A particularly good collection ,of Boulton ware is displayed at oho end of ,th® schoolroom, and at the other tastefully arranged flower-stalls and tea-rooms via in their attractions. The bazaar was opened by the RevDr Elmslie, who congratulated _ the ladies of St Andrew’s and their friends on the energy and enthusiasm . with, which they had organised "the bazaar. He felt confident that the sove® hundred pounds now owing by the church would be all gathered in very shortly. There was no greater hindrance to church work than a standing debt, and to no one wa® it more devitalising than bo the minister in charge. The following is a list of the stallholders Ladies’ Guild Mesdamea Mackenzie, Chilton, Johnston _ and Eaglesome; Young Ladies’. Guild—, Misses M’lrwraith, Clark, Junes and ' Greig 1 ; Sunday School —Misses Calder and Crummy and Messrs 'Venable® and Hitt; Boulton pottery—Mrs Misses Rattray and Swan; flowers— Misses Nairn, Poison and Ogilvie; refreshments —Meedames Deans, Bain, Boag, Frostick and others; sweets —> Misses Deans, MTlwraith, Jamieson, Kirk, Bills and Bowie; produce— Messrs Thorne and Ogilvie. ■The bazaar will be open to-day and Saturday. .
