Owing tc the clearly expi'cssed protest® of many sections of tho Russian people the London and ,St Petersburg committees have mutually agreed to indefinitely postpone tho visit of tho British deputation to present the memorial address to tho Duma. The Monarchist Party at Moscow telegraphed, appealing to King Edward to prevent the visit, which they declared wa® intended to encourage the Czar’s enemies.
