CURRENT NOTICES.

The pretty and humorous < comic opera, “Princess Zara,” is to be produced by tho members of St John’s choir and friends, at the Oddfellows’ Hall, Woolaton, this evening, at eight o’clock. The proceeds are in aid of St John’s Church pipe organ fund. Special scenery and new dresses have been prepared for the production. The annual meeting of the Addington Swimming Club will be hold this evening, in the Addington Schoolroom. The annual meeting of the Canterbury Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association will be held to-morrow evening, at the Zetland Hotel. The question of changing the locale of the Association’s humane branch from Auckland te Canterbury will be discussed.
