SUPREME COURT.
[Per Press Association.] - DUNEDIN, August 26. At the Supreme Court to-day, the following sentences were, passed:—Charles Robert Pipson, seventeen years old, for a nameless offence, six months’ imprisonment. The Judge ordered him to be kept apart from the other prisoners, but the crime wa-s so bad that he could not grant probation. Carlile Park,'forty years old, for perjury, four months’ hard labour. John M’Cluskey, thirty-eight years old, for assault on a woman, five years’ imprisonment.
