Hamburg-American Steamship Line, whom in- May last the Kaiser deeoratad with the order of tEe Red Eagle, for his patriotism in refusing Mr Pierpont Morgan’s offer of the managership of the Navigation Syndicate, is making satisfactory progress. The Kaiser is anxious to effect a commercial relationship, and so ensure the friendliness of the two nations.
