REPORT OF A COMMITTEE. ■ United Press Association—By Elec trio Tel e-graph—Oopyrigh t. LONDON, May 26. The British Mercantile Marino Committee reports that the objections against the employment of foreign seamen do not apply to Lascars and other Asiatic British subjects, who are especially useful as firemen in hot climates, and competent to act as stokers on warships.
