SOLDIERS' WIDOWS AND ORPHANS.
'MESSAGE FROM QUEEN ALEXANDRA. United Press Association —[By Efleetrio Telegraph—Copy-right. (Received Dec. 16, 12.26 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. The Queen desires, in this the Coronation year, to express heartfelt sympathy with those bereaved by the war, and wishes that happiness and comfort, with God's blessing, will bo theirs for 1903. She will give a Christmas dinner on Dec. 27 to the widows and orphans, living in London suburbs, of Imperial and colonial sailors or soldiers who were killed or who died from the efiects of injuries.
