SOUTH WAIMAKARIRI RIVER BOARD.
Nominations for the annual election of members to.the South Waimakariri River Board! closed at noon yesterday. The nominees for the several wards were as follow : —Christ-church.—North-east: Charles Frederick Money; North-west, James Glanville; South-east, Thomas Gapes. Heathcote, William E. Saanuels. Avon, Charles Burgess. Henry William Peryman. Riccarton, George Frederick 1 : Carpenter. .. , Sydenham, Nicholas "Knight Bowden and Edward Jones. Sle's'srs Money, Glanville,/ Gapes, Samuels, Burgess, Carpenter and Peryman have been declared duly elected. A poll will be necessary for Sydenham. No nomination was received for South-west Christchureh, and nominations .for this seat.'will have to be called for again.
