United Press 'Association—By Electric Telegraph—Oopyright. NEW YORK, Sept. 28. Dr Scheffer, of New York, joined President Roosevelt's physicians yesterday. The President's temperature was found to bo higher, and a fresh, incision made in the wound sustained during the recent accident showed that the bone was slightly affected. Thorough drainage of the wound was established, andl the President's condition is now reriorted to be. sa.tfsfactorv.
