The miners' strike in Pennsylvania continues, and; creates almost* ai panic. New York and Boston are threatened with a coal famine. THREATENED STRIKE IN FRANCE. PARIS, Sept. 29. The French Miners' Congress has decided in' favour of a general strike, and has instructed the National Committee to organise for and fix a date for the strike.
