LEAOTiE OF WeEEIiMEN. A meeting of the Council of the League of New Zealand Wheelmen was held in the Clarendon Hotel last evening; presentMessrs I". 'M'Kecbaie (chairman), A. Dickson and E. Nordon. The Secretary ' reported that the League's credit balance stood at, £7l.
