The onlooker realises more fully than ever the wonderful results of modern training, and no less the marvellous improvements in the vessels and implements of war in modern years. The career of the blue jacket is shown, and "Jack" is pictured, at work and at his play. The mammoth' battleships of Old England are shown in action, and the latest and fastest torpedo boats and torpedo destroyers presented. Appropriate sea songs are contributed by Mr A. Gromana, and Mr L. B. Butler will introduce the various scenes. .Tho box plan was opened yesterday at Milner and Thompson's, and. a number of seats reserved..
