PRESENTATIONS.

At a progressive euchre party and smoke concert held in the City Hall last evening in connection with the closing cf the Drapers' Hockey Club's season, there was a good attendance of players and cf rerre-se-nitaitivcs of kindred sports, and Mr J. A. Clark, president cf the club, was in the chair. Mr G. H. Weir, captain, proposed " The President," and said that Mr Clark had taken a/- 1 keen interest in the club, and had devoted valuable services to its welfare. The speaker presented to Mr Clark, on behalf of the senior team, a, framed photograph of the team, with a silver plate, suitably inscribed. When the toast was' propsed, Mr Clark was loudly applauded.
