CURRENT NOTICES.
The tenth annual meeting of shareholders in the Farmers’ Co-operative Fire and Marine Insurance Association of Canterbury, Limited, will be held at the Offices, Cashel Street, on August 21, at 1.30 p.m. The annual meeting of the Public Schools Amateur Athletic Association will be held at the Normal School, at 10.30 a.m., today. The telegraphic chess match between the Oama-ru and Christchurch Chess Clubs, which was opened last Saturday, will be continued this evening. Mr W. W. Collins will ■ arrive in town from Wellington this morning, and will lecture in the Lyceum to-morrow.
