Drunkenness, Three .first offenders were each fined ss, and costs, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment.—Annie Smith, who had only just; finished a three months' sentence, was fined 10s, in default fcrty-eight hours', and Letitia Berkeley suffered a similar penalty. Cycling on the Footpath.—Henry Bullock and Emma Bennetts were each fined 10s and costs for having cycled on the footpath in Cafeael Street. ,
