[Per Press Association.] THAMES, June 27.

The residence of Mrs Dunne, at Parawai, was totally destroyed by fire at four o’clock this morning. Only two young men, Mrs Dunne’s sons, were in the house. An empty house -adjoining was also destroyed. The insurance on Mrs Duane’s property is £IOO on the furniture, and £350 on rhe dwelling, in the Victoria Office, and £IOO in the Commercial Union Office on the empty house. •
