TO THE EDITOE. Sir, —I was struck by a remark made by a man in the crowd as two uniformed Ministers drove through the Sauare: “Those two chaps wouldn’t be where they are now if it hadn’t been for Newlyn.” Whether this is true or not, cheap money pays the piper.—l am, etc., BUSINESS PERSON.
