Sir, —I shall he much obliged if you will correct the accompanying statement, which appears in to-day’s issue of your paper. I am not aware who is responsible for it, and I know it is not of any public importance, buifc it may cause inconvenience. 1 am not going to Dunedin on Saturday next to represent the Canterbury Horticultural or any other' Society, nor have I been asked.—l am, etc., BDW.
