Sir, —As -their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of York will arrive here on a Saturday, I presume . the usual two cars will be run on the New Brighton line at eleven o’clock, on that night. As, however,, -there may be an unusually large number of passengers that night, I suggest ■that the company hold a meeting to consider the advisability of running an extra car on that occasion. I throw this out -as a suggestion to the’ company, -a-s in the ordinary -way it.would not be thought of till the -time came, and the usual ; muddle would ensue. As I believe it is the intention .of the company to -charge extra fares on that occasion, I trust they will be able to afford this luxury. An extra -canaie or two would also -be acceptable, if funds will permit.— I am, etc., NEW BRIGHTON RESIDENT,
