BUBONIC PLAGUE.
THE OUTBREAK IN CAPE COLONY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CAPE TOWN, Feb. 17. One thousand native labourers employed at the Cape Town Docks have struck, fearing the plague. The steamer Warrigal, bound for Australia, refused to take either passengers or mails. If the Australian vessels refuse to call at Cape Town the mails will be sent overland by way of India.
