The report of the Australian Widows' Fund shows that the new business done -during the year totalled £637,627, and the premium revenue was £167,000. The report foreshadowed a satisfactory bonus for the quinquennium, terminating in October next. WESTERN AUSTRALIAN CABINET. PERTH, Feb. 16. ' Mr C. J. Moran joins the State Cabinet as Minister of Railways. Sffi J. R. DICKSON'S SUCCESSOR. (Received Feb. .18, 1.6 a.m.)' BRISBANE, Feb. 17. Mr Barnes, a Ministerialist, has been elected for Bulimbo, the seat rendered vacant by the death of Sir J. R. Dickson.
