Thirty Roman Catholic Peers have protested to Lord Salisbury against the declaration which the King ha* signed against Transubstantiation. (Received Feb. 18, 12.9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. In the House of Commons Mr Balfour stated that it was not intended to introduce a Bill altering, the coronation oaths.
