SUPREME COURT.
In Chambers yesterday, Air Justice Edwards granted probate in the estates of the following deceased persons:—William Janaway (Air Johnston), Robert Hopper (Air Plesher), Richard -Dulieu (Air Flesher), Bridget Bailey (Air Beswick), Edith Emily Frankish (Mr Fisher), James Gallagher (Air Douglass), John Harper (Mr Pappriil), John Edwin Fountain (Mr Lane), Osborn Coombe (Mr Bruges), William Henry J. Rouse (Air Andrews), William Rasmussen (Mr Alaude), James Pearce (Air Harman), Constance A. Digby (Air Harman), John Radford (Air Ritchie), Frederick Joseph Fuchs (Mr. Kippenberger), Isabella. Maria. Ensor (Air- Helmorc), William M’Robert (Mr Stringer). Letters of.administration were granted, in, the estates . pi : Annie Macartney (Air Bishop) and Robert H. B. Upton (Mr Harper). The registrars reports in re John Alarming, deceased (Air Lane), George Smart, deceased (Air WyrmWilliams), and W. H. Collier (Air Beswick, for Air Purnell) were confirmed. A motion by Air Weston for an executor’s commission in the estate of John Baxter, deceased, was referred to the registrar for a report. An application hy Air Harper -for a re-grant of administration in the estate of James Ra.wle, deceased, was granted. The time for commission in the case Coates v. Barclay and others was, on the motion of Air Fisher, with the consent of Air Andrews, extended till Stay 27, An order was made, appointing the Public Trustee the trustee in the estate of Isabella Brown, deceased. In the case Lake v.‘ the Alliance Assurance Company, an application was granted for further time to file a defence, fourteen days from' date. The case Adam-v. Adam was set down for the next sittings of the Court, before the Judge only.
