, !>-. COMMISSIONER’S DECISIONS. [Per Fresh Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 14. The. Commissioner of Trade and Customs has decided to interpret the Customs and Excise Duties Acts in relation to the undermentioned articles as follows :—Capstans (hydraulic), 29 per cent; cumen seed (ground), 15 per cent; ice cans for dairy factories, 25 per cent; icing gelatine, free ; text almanacs 25 per cent; varnish remover, free.
