DROWNED AT SEA.

* A COURT OF INQUIRY. [Pep. Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Feb. 15. At the marine inquiry into the drowning of Gustaf Wahlberg, a sailor, who was lost overboard from the schooner Zior at the Otago Heads on Dec. 1, the Court found the captain blameworthy for nob having lifebuoys on hoard. There was nob sufficient evidence to show that the captain was made aware that the man was subject to fits or was otherwise unable to perform his duties as an able-bodied - seaman. The captain was ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry.
