Sir Donald M'Kenzie, until recently director'.of the Foreign Department of the " Times," will be the Duke and Duchess of York's guest on board the Ophir. He will describe the tour for the " Times." A GAS EXPLOSION. The office of the Victorian Agent-General was wrecked by a gas explosion. SACKILEGE. ROME, Feb. 11. The tombs of Kings Victor Emmanuel and Humbert, in the Pantheon, have been robbed of the imitations of the famous iron crown and of a quantity of jewels.
