Mails for Tonga, Samoa and Fiji, per Rotokiuo, close at Auckland on Jan. 22, at 4 p.m. Note.—The Australian Commonwealth not yet having adopted penny postage, letters for Australian colonies must be prepaid twopence per half-ounce. If only prepaid one penny they will be surcharged double the deficient postage
