The rain on Friday night did no damage on the Adventists’ camp-ground, as tjis tents are waterproof, and the following morning’s wind and : sun soon made all dry and l com fort able. Special services were held on Saturday, which was observed as the Sabbatli in camp. The proceedings began with a Sabbath school at ten o’clock, when old and young united in the study of a portion of the book of Galatians. Pastor E. W. Farnsworth preached from .Romans vi., 11, at 11 a.m. A revival service followed, and a large number signified their intention to become Christians. Pastor W. L. Hi Baker preached in the afternoon on Sunday. His subject was the remarkable increase of knowledge during the century just’ closed, which the speaker claimed 1 was a fulfilment of prophecy. Pastor Farnsworth spoke by special request in the evening on the Sabbath. The pavilion was filled with a large and appreciative audience. On Monday evening the Millennium was the’ subject of the evening’s discourse. Services will be held each afternoon and' evening during the week.
