ENTERTAINMENTS.
The entertainment in St John’s Schoolroom last evening was "well patronised. The farce, “A Regular Fix,” which was played, was appreciated by the audience, and those who took part in- other portions of the entertainment were also successful Mr C. Buchanan as Hugh de Brass, the hunted debtor, and Mr V. Henry as Mr Surplus, the lawyer, played their parts excellently, while Misses Man-, Smith, Samuels, and Messrs Sears, Baldwin and Winter HaH met with rounds of'applause for their singing.- - The dancing also metwith- the . Appreciation of the. audience. -
