SUPREME COURT.
Tuesday, March 27. IN CHAMBERS. (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) His Honor sat in Chambers at 10.50 a.nu Re Commissioner of Supreme Court Act. —On the application of Mr Widdowson, his Honor made an order appointing, Mr Charles Fox a commissioner under the Act. Re J. A. Pearce, deceased.—On the application of Mr Papprill, his Honor made an order herein for letters of administration. Probate.—Orders for probate were made ns under:—Re R. Campbell, deceased (Mr Wilding); re J. H. Twenty man,deceased (Air Maude); re Andrew Gardner, 'deceased (Mr. IJelmore); re Edward Rinaldi, deceased (Mr Papprill); re Thomas Ray, deceased (Mr Flesher); re David Dickenson, deceased (Mr Ross). Taylor, and Another v. Conciliation Board. —ln this case, on the application of Mr Harper, Mr Byrne consenting, leave was given to print documents for the Court of Appeal. Anderson v. Tuapeka, County Council.—In this case Mr Wilding applied for leave to print documents for the Court of Appeal. Mr Fisher consented, and his Honor made the order.
Lee v. Jones.—Mr Byrne, for Mr Kippenberger applied to take evidence herein. Mr Stringer con-ented, and his Honor made the order.
Coates v. Barclay and others.—Mr Jo.ynt obtained leave herein to serve process out of the jurisdiction.
Rc Alexander Gillespie, deceased.—Mr Williams applied herein for letters of administration. His Honor made the order, as prayed. Knight v. Knight.—ln this case, in divorce, Mr Bruyes obtained an order, dispensing with the co-respondent. Gavin Gib-on and Another v. Tyree.— Mr Fisher applied herein, on behalf of the defendant, for interrogatories. Mr Beswick for plaintiff and contra. After argument, nis Honor adjourned tie case until 10.30 a.m. to-morrow, to enable Mr Fisher to look up any authorities dealing. with the subject. .• Gibson and Another v. Tyree and Tyree. —Mr Fisher applied, o.n behalf of Alfred Tyree in this case, which was a separate action from the one above noted, for a special jury. Mr Stringer for Mrs Tvree, co-defendant, also in support of the application. Mr Beswick for the plaintiffs and contra. After argument, his Honor took time to consider. Re K. Neave.—On the application of Mr G. Harper, Mr K. Neave was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Court. IN BANKRUPTCY. Re J. W. Horner.—On the application of Mr West on, his Honor granted the order of discharge herein. Orders for Release.—On the application of the Official Assignee, his Honor granted a number of orders for release.
