THE CHAIRMAN'S RESIGNATION. Yesterday Mr O. M. Gray sent a communication to the Secretary of the Hospital Board, giving notice of his intention to move that the resolution passed by bis colleagues at the special meeting ori Wednesday Should be rescinded. At the same* time it is understood that upon no consideration whatever Will Mr Gray again occupy the position, of Chairman, of the Board.
