A man named Kunak, a naturalised American, has been arrested in a cafe hero, in connection with the robbery of the Duchess of Sutherland’s jewels. THE STORM IN AMERICA. NEW YORK, Nov. 29. The recent storm’ was severely felt on the coast of New England, where seventy vessels were wrecked, and it is feared that 170 lives have been lost. TROOPS DISBANDED. WASHINGTON, Nov. 29. America is disbanding 30,000 troops raised
