A BANKRUPTCY CASE.

. DUNEDIN, August 22. Mr Justice Pennefather held a special sitting in bankruptcy, in the case <>{ Francis Heriot Laing. The Official Assignee reported being unable to execute the warrant for Lang’s arrest, but lie did not believe that he had left the colony. The Judge said that he would hold a special sitting the moment he was advised of the execution of the warrant.
