THE HOROEHENUA BLOCK.
[Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, May 30. Sir W. Buller applied to tho Supreme Court for a mandamus to compel the issue of certificate of title to him of eleven acres in the Horowbenna block, and also a title to Major Kemp, on which should be registered the plaintiff’s mortgages and leases. For tno defence it was argued that the Act prevents any dealing with land till the Laud Court has made a final order. The Court reserved judgment.
