ASSOCIATION TOURNAMENT. ["Per Press Association.! AUCKLAND, Sept. 6,
The Auckland representative team to compete in the New Zealand Association Championship Tournament, to be held at Wellington on Sept. 16 and 18, will be chosen from the following: —Bellamy, Campbell, Carmichael, Dacre, Grigg, C. Heather, J. Heather, Henderson, Holland, Land, Rice, Ruddin, Smith. Todd, Waters and Wright; WELLINGTON, Sept. 6.
The following team has been selected to represent Wellington against Marlborough here on Saturday —Full-back, Howe; three-quarters. Tripe, War wick and M’Gill; five-eighths, Bennett; half-back, Pudney; wing-forwards, J. Kelly and M’Laglan, forwards. Young, King, Pender, Speedy, M’Anally, Barlow and Sullivan. The New Zealand Rugby Union to-night decided to suspend for two years three members of the team (Harris, Roberts and Calnan) who toured New South Wales and Queensland, for misbehaviour in Auckland.
