DROUGHT IN RUSSIA.
VEGETATION DESTROYED. A FAMINE FEARED. [Per Press Association.! ST PETE ESBXJEG, Sept. 6. Prolonged drought in the Tula, Moscow and Kursk governments or provinces in Central Russia has destroyed vegetation and made it impossible to sow winter wheat and crops. Corn is selling at extravagant prices and a famine is feared.
