CYCLING.
AN ANTI-*SCORCHER” CRUSADE. [Per Press Association.] MELBOURNE, March 24. In consequence of numerous serious accidents, the police have been instructed to use strong measures to suppress “ scorching ”by cyclists. Mounted constables are to patrol some of the leading thoroughfares to intercept pace-breakers.
