IRRIGATION.

TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —I quite agree with Mr Kirk when he says that it would be well to spend half a million in irrigation. Farmers do not seem to know what they are losing every year by not having irrigation. I should like to hear what those who have tried it have to say. I feel sure you would be only too glad to grant them the necessary space. For my own part lam satisfied it would be a great benefit to the country.— I am, &c., A PARMER.
