STRANDING OF THE MAHINAPUA.
[Pee Pbess Association.! AUCKLAND, Mat 23. The Mahiuapua, which left Onehunga at five last evening, after going about two miles, struck on a mudbank. She is expected to be floated off to-night. ■■ ■ The Gairloch left for New Plymouth shortly after one o’clock, taking oh the Mahinapua’s mails (San Franoisoo) Uji passengers.
