THE NATIVE TROUBLE.
[from oub special correspondent.] ROTORUA, May 23. The Natives at Te Whaiti are very quiet again, and the force will proceed oa and camp there. Mr Carroll will arrive at Galatea to-morrow night. The road is being rapidly proceeded with. The Wellington Artillery will arrive at Rotorua to-night and at Galatea to-morrow. The Government is erecting a store at Galatea in which to beep tools. There is no intention to sell storee. The weather is good.
