An ordinary meeting of tho Board was then held, the same members being present. Letters were read from the Registrar-General requesting to be furnished with tha annual returns of receipts and expenditure. The returns wars ordered to be sent. Mrs ISasfcarbrook wrote requesting her name to ba taken off the rate-roll, and that of Donald Eamsoy inserted for her property. Tho request was agreed to. Mr John Power applied for leave to cut soma willows along tha Eangiora main drain fronting his property. Tha request was granted oa condition that all were cut ani carted away. Accounts amounting to £lO4 9s lid wore passed for payment.
