THE HON J M’KENZIE AT PALMERSTON. [Per Press Association.! DUNEDIN, Feb. 27. The Hon J- M’Kenzie addressed a meeting of his constituents at Palmerston last night, when a vote of thanks and confidence, and confidence in the Ministry, was passed. The speech was on the lines ‘of the recent one m Dunedin.
