CHINA AND JAPAN.
[Sbecialto Press Association.] SHANGHAI, Feb. 26. Li Hung Chang has returned to Pekin, and has been graciously received by the Emperor. When retiring after having had an audience with the Emperor, Li Hung Chang declared that his life was always at his master’s disposal.
